The Academy of Veterinary Physiotherapy was established to deliver high quality, professional education that you can trust.

As the industry becomes increasingly regulated, it is important that you have confidence in the qualification you undertake. There is a requirement to travel to attend face-to-face training at set locations, but there will always be a degree of flexibility.

Our courses cover multiple species. Whilst the majority of us work with horses and dogs, awareness of physiotherapy is growing and expanding into farm animals and other small companion animals. Whilst you may choose to specialise later on in your career, our qualification will enable you to work with all animals.

Our qualifications are:

iPET Network Limited regulated qualifications, listed on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)

Accredited by RAMP (Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners): We are an Accredited Education Provider (AEP) and Graduates of our Level 6 qualification in Veterinary Physiotherapy will be eligible for RAMP registration at point of graduation. Our Level 4 and 5 qualifications are recognised by RAMP (REP) and can be counted towards an overall pathway.

Alongside qualifications and experience in Veterinary Physiotherapy, our team also hold qualifications in Veterinary Education, Education and Training, and Quality Assurance, ensuring that we deliver the highest educational standards across all our qualifications, training programmes and CPD. The team also hold qualifications in business and coaching, enabling us to offer you wide ranging guidance and support.

We are passionate about delivering the very best education in animal therapy, so that you can become the very best practitioner.

We recognise that it is not possible for everyone to go to university, therefore we offer a flexible, affordable, achievable degree equivalent programme, offering a genuine vocational alternative pathway to a career as a veterinary physiotherapist.

We hold significant industry knowledge, expertise and experience

Our qualifications have been designed by industry experts to meet the needs of vets, owners and animals. Our team is made up of experienced practitioners who hold regulated and approved qualifications at Degree, Post-Graduate and Masters level, not only in Veterinary Physiotherapy, but in related fields such as Massage, Animal Chiropractic and Veterinary. You will be taught by people with excellent qualifications, extensive experience, exceptional knowledge and a passion for the industry.
